Rhodope cooking, made with local produce and recipes passed down through generations.

Rhodope klin, patatnik, spit-roast lamb. The dishes people come to this mountain for, cooked the way they have been for a hundred years.

The restaurant is inside the hotel and open to guests staying elsewhere.

Spit-roast lamb is made to order. For groups, call ahead so we can hold a table.
